1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and the 3 Patti platform ("3 Patti", "we", "us", "our") at https://3patti.ml. By accessing the website, downloading the app or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

3 Patti reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 3 Patti you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of any business entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have been permanently closed from the platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and belongs to you. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one account on 3 Patti. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or through a third party – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal details including your name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping these details up to date. 3 Patti is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• You must notify 3 Patti immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Account transfers – selling, gifting or assigning your account to another person – are strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 3 Patti are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer minimums may differ – refer to the Deposit page for current figures.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. This is typically within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• 3 Patti does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

3 Patti reserves the right to request verification documents before processing large deposits or if we identify unusual deposit activity on an account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is non-negotiable. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• OTP verification is required for every withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your name.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.
• 3 Patti targets withdrawal processing within 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• We reserve the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of payment method ownership or proof of address.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

3 Patti runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and seasonal offers tied to events like PSL and cricket internationals. All bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to the following general rules unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement will be stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within a set time period. Bonuses that are not used within this period will expire and be removed from the account.
• Only one active bonus can be held per account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds can only be used to play games. They cannot be transferred, gifted or withdrawn as cash directly.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or multiple accounts will result in bonuses being voided and accounts being closed.
• 3 Patti reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on 3 Patti – including slots, live casino tables, fish games, sports betting, table games and crash titles – are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems for non-live games. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game events (card deals, ball drops, etc.) captured on camera.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the official governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and odds.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or software error during gameplay, 3 Patti will attempt to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game result cannot be determined, the game round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Players must not attempt to use any software, algorithm or external aid to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3 Patti platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details.
• Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting pools.
• Using automated bots, scripts or third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known glitch are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially fraudulent purpose.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff or other players.
• Circumventing any account restriction, self-exclusion or limit that has been applied to your account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

3 Patti reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspicious or unusual account activity that suggests fraud, collusion or money laundering.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request made by the account holder.
• Inactivity – accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, at the player's own request), the remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after any applicable checks.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. We aim to process voluntary closure requests within 48 hours.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3 Patti platform – including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks and promotional materials – is the property of 3 Patti or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party game providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights.
• Using the 3 Patti name, logo or branding in any context outside the platform without written authorisation is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

3 Patti provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running smoothly and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• 3 Patti is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or profits arising from technical faults, server downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their device, internet connection and software environment are suitable for using the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

3 Patti is an entertainment platform for adults. We are committed to promoting a healthy relationship with gaming and actively encourage all players to manage their activity responsibly.

• Set a clear session budget before you start playing and stop when you reach it.
• Take regular breaks and avoid extended continuous play sessions.
• Never chase losses – accept that losing is a normal part of gaming and that increasing your stakes to recover losses rarely works out well.

• Data is shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank partners) only to the extent necessary to process transactions.

14. Changes to These Terms

3 Patti may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
